Information Collection and Storage
The Information collected by Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. will be stored on machines within the United States of America. If you are outside of the United States and its territories and holdings, your use of the Teachers-Teachers.com website amounts to consent to the transfer of information into the United States.
We store your information to make your interaction with Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc more efficient, practical, and relevant. You may review or update the personal information you share with us at any time by accessing your account. Job Seeker Information Collection
In the course of using Teachers-Teachers.com, job seekers are given the opportunity to enter personal and professional information, including social security number, and job preferences. In addition, job seekers can upload documents that may include sensitive information.
Although Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. does require job seekers to enter information, beyond what is required on the registration page, in order to search and view opportunities, employers may require job seekers to enter information, submit documents or answer questions when responding to their opportunities. Once a job seeker submits his information and/or documents to an employer, it becomes the property of that employer and cannot be retracted.
Employer Information Collection
In order to register with Teachers-Teachers.com, employers must register the following information: employer name, address, type, community setting and billing method. In addition, the following information must be entered for the primary contact: first name, last name, email, phone, time zone, username and password.
Each employer may have multiple users and for each user the following information must be entered by an account administrator: first name, last name, job title, email, phone, time zone, username, password, role, and status.
How We Use the Information We Collect
Each user either selects or is assigned a unique username and password. This username/password combination will be used to login to Teachers-Teachers.com and access the user’s information, including the ability to modify the username and password at anytime.
Job Seeker Access to Employer Information
Job seekers will be provided the following information regarding employers: employer name, address, type, community setting, and if provided, website address, mission statement, description, EOE statement and contact. Job seekers will not be provided with the email address and phone numbers of the employer users.
Employer Access to Job Seeker Information
Employers will be provided access to a job seeker’s sensitive information, including social security identification number, demographic data, documents and answers to questions only if the job seeker grants the employer access.
On its public website, Teachers-Teachers.com provides information regarding the resumes in its database. The public is provided the following information regarding all of its active job seekers: city, state, certificate/license type, endorsement area, college/university, degree and years of experience.
To protect the privacy of job seekers, first and last name are hidden.

Collection and Use of Aggregate Information
Aggregate statistics are collected regularly, including, but not limited to, the number of logins during a specific period and job seeker preferences. No outside group or entity with which Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. shares this aggregate information will have access to any member-specific information.
In an effort to maximize the utility, speed and efficiency of its service, Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. may keep track of user frequency, habits, preferences and settings. Access to this information is strictly limited to Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc., its affiliates and their employees on a need to know basis. Any information which is shared outside of Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. and its affiliates is done so only in aggregate form as described in the previous paragraph.
Only employees and contractors of Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. have access to information posted by members. This access includes, but is not limited to, the ability to modify or delete information as needed to maintain the integrity of the user database.
Information such as user IP address, internet service provider (ISP), web browser, operating system, approximate times of use, referring site, and any similar information exchanged between a user's computer and the servers of Teachers-Teachers.com is collected on an aggregate basis, and, unless initiated by the member, no method exists to tie this information to a particular member. This information is only accessible to the systems administrators of Teachers-Teachers.com and is only used by them to ensure the compatibility and connectivity between users and the Teachers-Teachers.com website generally.
Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. has implemented a variety of monitoring techniques to ensure the site is not being misused by employers or job seekers. These techniques include but are not limited to spot checking job postings and messages sent by employers to job seekers as well messages and applications sent by job seekers to employers.
Teachers-Teachers.com, Inc. has implemented and maintains technical and management measures designed to keep all personal and private information secure and safe from loss, damage, corruption, or deletion. Nevertheless, we are unable to guarantee that these measures will not at some time be compromised by malicious third parties.
Please note that no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective. Therefore, although we are committed to protecting your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain private. The user accepts such information with all faults and assumes the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, and accuracy.
Teachers-Teachers.com is meant as a convenient and efficient tool for job seekers and employers to contact one another. If an employer needs additional help, he/she should contact his/her assigned recruitment consultant or send an email to email@example.com. If a job seeker needs additional help, he/she should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
