I cannot log on to the website.

This is typically attributed to an error in the login information or a typo. If you experience difficulty logging in, it is always a good idea to request your login information so you can be sure that you are using the correct username and password. You will be prompted to enter your email address (be sure to enter the one that we have on file) and then click "Go". Your complete login information will be emailed to you so you can try logging in again.
