Signature
This electronic signature certifies that you have completed the application process with true and complete information. To sign your application initially, click on "Add" to the right of "Signature" on the application. You will be prompted to read the disclosure, check the box and type your complete name. Then select "Save". This electronically signs your application.

To change this, select "Edit" next to "Signature" and click "Remove" and your application will be come unsigned.
