Job Responsibilities:

Assist and implement behavior analysis services under the direction and supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to scheduled caseload of clients. Provide direct one to one, skill acquisition and behavior reduction behavior analysis services to clients in clinic, community, or school setting. Responsible for ensuring accurate data collection of programming each session with client caseload. Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff. Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families. Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. Collect signatures from guardians for each session on the day in which sessions occur and complete all required billing information in a timely and accurate manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
