Position Summary: The role of the Elementary Teacher is to provide students with differentiated instruction to meet their individual needs of our kindergarten students
Planning and Preparation • Learns the curriculum in its entirety for each content area for respective grade level • Demonstrates knowledge of the Utah Core standards and how it aligns with the curriculum
Instruction and Student Achievement • Sets and enforces deadlines for student work • Evaluates student work and maintain grade book • Differentiates instruction and provides relentless support that leads to student achievement • Tracks students’ progress, achievement and attendance • Completes Quarterly Progress Reports for students on case load
