South Summit Middle School is accepting applications for a Math Teacher to join their dedicated team in South Summit School District. Salary will be based on the 2024-2025 Licensed Salary Schedule and will receive 100% paid family medical benefits, retirement/pension, Life/LTD insurance, and paid time off. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, a current Utah Secondary teaching license. Preference given to those with a math endorsement. Teachers will Implement effective teaching strategies to promote student understanding and growth. Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the math department is essential. Teachers will also strive to align instructional practices with the district's strategic plan, emphasizing student and employee well-being. Applicants must have excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff members and must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
