Dean of Students

Scheck Hillel Community School in North Miami Beach, Florida is seeking qualified candidates for a Middle School Dean of Students for the 2024-2025 academic year.

This full time, onsite position will support our students in grades 6-8 in their personal and social-emotional growth. Reporting to the Middle school Director, the Dean is a visible presence throughout the middle school providing support and building relationships with students, faculty and families. The Dean works collaboratively with faculty on issues related to student support, conduct and accountability. Balancing work as student advocate with responsibility for managing student conduct, the Dean of students plays a key role in growing and maintaining a healthy, positive school climate and culture.
