TITLE: COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS COORDINATOR

REPORTS TO: Principals
JOB GOAL: To provide communication and support between PEP organization and Paradise Schools
staff and students.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate directly with PEP officers PHES Administration.
- Recruitment and retention of parent volunteers.
- Track, inventory, and update PEP resources.
- Establish and maintain good rapport and increase communication with students and staff.
- Work with PHES Administration to align Paradise Schools year long calendar with PEP activities.
- Coordinate Homeroom Parents.
- Maintain and update PEP website.
- Coordinate all volunteers.
- Work with PEP Booster treasurer to obtain monthly financial reports for Paradise Schools Governing Body as stated and Paradise Schools administration.
- Assist in ordering and budgeting for PEP activities.
- Properly maintain and file all books, minutes, reports, statements, certificates and other documents and records of PEP Booster.
- Act as a liaison between PEP Booster and Paradise Schools staff and PHES Administration.
- Provide a monthly report regarding PEP Booster events and activities to the Governing Body.
- Give notice of all meetings of PEP Booster to the officers and members.
- Review finances on a monthly basis with the Business Office.
- Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by Paradise Schools.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 159 days per year. 7:15am-3:15pm, Monday – Thursday.
