Must hold a certificate issued by Oklahoma State Department of Education.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: Admissions/Registrar, Counselor/Guidance, Financial Aid, Minority/Multicultural Affairs, Pupil Personnel Workers, School Nurse.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
Newcastle High School has an opening for a certified school counselor. With a 4-day week schedule excellent communication and organizational skills are needed. Applicants must have the ability to contribute to an already accomplished faculty, be actively involved with school and community events; and be willing to engage students and parents in the learning process.
