Description
Responsibilities:
· Provide targeted and individualized coaching to teachers in the areas of literacy, math, academic strategies, and general early learning educational objectives.
· Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of students.
· Model best practices in literacy and math instruction through demonstration lessons and co-teaching opportunities.
· Support teachers in analyzing student data to inform instructional decisions and differentiate instruction.
· Facilitate professional development sessions related to the educational objectives.
· Stay current with research-based practices in early childhood education and instructional coaching.
