Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Algebra I, Algebra II, Calculus, Geometry, Math (General), Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Trigonometry.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
Teach mathematics courses. Plan and implement lesson plans in multiple content areas for different grade levels Provide timely and meaningful feedback to students Perform record keeping duties (i.e., maintain files for each student assigned, including grades, attendance, tardiness, and discipline records) Support the school codes of conduct and policies Perform additional service duties as assigned by the Department Chair and Merit Director
