Substitute SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD NEEDED
Crossing guard substitutes needed at Littlestown Area School District. Morning and afternoon shifts available. Excellent opportunity for persons needing supplemental income, parents with school-aged children, retired persons, etc. Current Act 34/151/114 Clearances, Physical and TB test will be required upon employment.
If you are offered a position with the Littlestown Area School District, please be advised that the following information will be required before you are able to begin working:
State Police Clearance (Act 34) - complete online and print your results immediately
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) - submit electronically
FBI Fingerprints (Act 114) - or call 1-844-321-2101 use service code 1KG6XN.
School Health Record - includes physical & tb test from within a year
Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report
PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release- A separate form must be completed for:
1. Current employer; and
2. All former employers that were school entities; and
3. All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
