Junior High Special Education Teacher

Qualified applicants will have a valid Utah Special Education teaching license endorsed in Mathematics. Candidates who hold certifications or endorsements to teach multiple subjects are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Teachers need to have excellent communication skills as they will be the primary contact for parents and volunteers in their classroom. Teachers will need to have strong organizational skills and have lessons prepared one week in advance and are expected to complete job duties with minimal supervision. Teachers must possess the ability to work well with others as they will be collaborating within their grade level and team level while supervising any other instructor/teacher's aide or volunteer assigned to their respective classrooms. Teachers must possess strong classroom management skills.
