Working within a strong community environment. The teacher's aide will assist teachers with classroom management, grading, teaching and general teacher and student support. Organized, self starting and willing to step in for the teacher when necessary. Help monitor students and assist with engagement during lessons (ex. redirecting a student quietly who is distracted.)
