Must hold a license issued by any agency.
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Elementary Teacher, English, Reading, Reading Specialist, Reading/Language Arts.
The license must be in 2nd.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is looking for a dynamic Second grade teacher to work in a core academic classroom on our K-6th grade campus. This teacher will work in collaboration with faculty and staff in a caring, community-oriented school. Teacher must have the ability to address the needs of students from diverse learning backgrounds. The teacher is responsible for planning, instruction, and management of all general curriculum at their grade level. Job duties include: developing and implementing daily lesson plans that align to school curriculum and state standards; creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning, growth, and development; evaluating student progress and providing regular feedback; and maintaining records. Practicing Catholics will be given priority.
