Must hold a certificate issued by any agency.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: Algebra I, Algebra II, Calculus, Geometry, Math (General), Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Trigonometry, Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Mathematics III.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
Crossroad Academy Charter School is seeking a highly enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics teacher who will provide rigorous instruction to a diverse student population (size 18-25) per class at the high school level. Content area math teachers provide rigorous instruction in Algebra 1 Honor, Geometry Honor, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, and Math for College Algebra at the regular and advanced placement levels. Highly effective teachers will create engaging lessons, prepare students for standardized testing, and become productive citizens in society.
