• Work with students, parents, coordinators, administrators, and team teachers to establish an effective AVID program. • Set and uphold high academic standards for AVID students to achieve success. • Collect and analyze student data and regularly monitor AVID students' academic progress. • Support AVID students in pursuing challenging coursework and strive to ensure their access and achievement. • Teach and promote the use of WICOR instructional strategies across content areas. • Work together with tutors to ensure efficient implementation of the tutorial process. • Fulfill any other assigned duties and guarantee compliance with proper safety protocols. • It is essential to regularly review and keep up to date with the latest developments, literature, and technical sources of information related to the job function. • Adhere to both federal and state laws, as well as the policies set by the school.
