Beecher School District 200U is seeking substitute teachers.  Our District's mission in partnership with the community is dedicated to nurturing, educating, and challenging our students; preparing and empowering them to be productive, responsible and self-fulfilled members of society.  Beecher School District serves approximately 1,100 students and is known for high academic achievement and open and trusting relationships among all stakeholder groups.  The district is committed to providing small class sizes, professional training and support, a full range of student-centered educational programs, opportunities for parent and community partnerships, and quality facilities. 

Successful candidates will:

• Work with students under the direction of the administration and teachers
• Follow lesson plans, classroom instruction
• Commitment to a student-centered learning environment;
• Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with students, staff and parents
• Maintain confidentiality

Beecher School District 200U serves approximately 1,100 students and has one elementary, one junior high, and one high school.  It is known for high academic achievement and open and trusting relationships among all stakeholder groups.  The district is committed to providing small class sizes, professional training and support, a full range of student-centered educational programs, opportunities for parent and community partnerships, and quality facilities. 
 
Compensation is $115.00/day, $125.00/day after 25 days 
 
Subustitute Teacher Authorization form (with attachments) issued by the Will County Office of Education is required.
