CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION | ||||||||||
CLASS SUMMARY Manages data-input for student information system, including but not limited to enrollment, withdraws, student scheduling, special placement of students, demographic records required for SAIS and audit compliance, updating and accuracy of demographic information, records/files maintenance, open enrollment, report cards and grading process, roster schedule implementation, annual student information system setup and placement of students. Ensures the safety of student rights and records. Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process, ensuring records are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, etc. Performing clerial tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students.
