| RE: | ONLINE RECRUITMENT SERVICE FOR UTAH K-12 SCHOOL DISTRICTS

In a continuing effort to recruit qualified education personnel for all Utah public school districts and charter schools, I am pleased to announce the availability of the web-based recruitment service, Teachers-Teachers.com. This service is designed to help school district recruiters meet the challenges of placing the most qualified education professionals in our schools.
A membership to the Teachers-Teachers.com service will be provided by the Utah State Office of Education for all Utah school districts and charter schools. Membership to the service will enable those charged with personnel recruitment to:
- Post job openings for all education personnel, including teachers, administrators, speech pathologists, and other related service personnel—receive cover letters and resumes from interested candidates by email.
- Send broadcast emails to targeted pools of candidates—alert a specific audience of candidates to job opportunities and incentive programs through personalized messages. In addition, the system can be utilized to connect with candidates attending the statewide recruitment fair.
- Conduct customized candidate searches—proactively search the candidate database and track progress with candidates using an online prospect list.
Utah public school districts and charter schools can begin the registration process immediately by visiting www.teachers-teachers.com/utah. Once at the site, click "Register Now" located beneath the "Recruiters" heading.
After you have registered, you will be contacted by Gretchen Bull-Switzer for Teachers-Teachers.com.
You will be provided with an overview of the service and ongoing assistance throughout your subscription.
