The Hawaii Department of Education has partnered with Teachers-Teachers.com to provide qualified special education, math, and science candidates. Whether you find us through our Web site, your school placement office, a job fair, or through a referral from a friend, there is never a fee for you. Beyond processing your paperwork and working directly with the Hawaii Department of Education personnel, the Teachers-Teachers.com Hawaii Recruitment Coordinator is available to answer questions about the hiring process and moving and living in Hawaii.
What is the application process?
After reviewing your initial resume your recruitment coordinator will send you a list of required official documents to be submitted as soon as possible. These must be submitted by email to your recruitment coordinator at Teachers-Teachers.com. After your application and accompanying materials are approved, your recruiter will help you secure a screening interview. After a successful screening interview, your qualifications will be matched with schools needing teachers. Principals will conduct telephone interviews to determine the best school placement for you.
How will I know my application status?
We will be screening candidates and will provide you with status updates on your Teachers-Teachers.com application.

If a teacher resigns before the completion of the two semesters of employment, the bonus must be repaid in full.
A $3,000 retention bonus is available for licensed teacher that elect to be placed in the geographic hard-to-fill areas on the islands of Molokai, Lanai and Ka’u/Naalehu areas on the island of Hawaii.
